ABOUT THE COURSE

There’s more to Digital Marketing than just optimising campaigns. It’s how creative and effective your campaigns are.

Designed for intermediate digital marketers, this programme will guide you through effective campaign development techniques with the help of Design Thinking. Increase the effectiveness of your campaigns through a deeper understanding of your customers’ needs, and strategize a campaign to help convert them into buying customers.

This workshop is crafted to help marketers identify problems in their existing marketing campaigns through Design Thinking, and to craft alternative campaigns for future use.  

At the end of the programme, trainees will craft new marketing campaigns and understand how to implement Design Thinking in future campaign generation exercises.

COURSE INFORMATION

  • Participants embarking on this programme will be entitled to up to 95% subsidy from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
  • Successful graduates from this programme will be issued a Statement of Attainment with the title Integrated Marketing issued by SkillsFuture Singapore.
  • Successful graduates will receive a certificate titled Design Thinking for Digital Marketing issued by First Media Academy.

ENROLLMENT CRITERIA

  • Trainees are required to bring their own laptops for the programme. Laptops are available for rental at the Academy, subject to availability.
  • Trainees are to meet a minimum attendance requirement of 75% to qualify for SSG Funding.
  • Trainees are to complete all assessments in order to qualify for SSG Funding.
