INTERNATIONAL SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

Social Media has become a part of everyday lives of consumers and businesses inevitably need to recognise the potential to tap onto this medium to enhance their marketing activities, particularly so on the international stage. 

ABOUT THE COURSE

In this day of immense Internet dependence and high ownership of smartphones, businesses more than ever need to leverage on the powerful influence of social media.  

Through this module, marketers and entrepreneurs alike, will be taught techniques on creating effective branding, marketing and promotional campaigns through a variety of international social media platforms. Through the coursework, it will enable one to effectively learn how to craft and customise various campaigns directed at international audiences.   Participants will also be exposed to various tools for monitoring and analysing data coupled with tips on optimising those campaigns to maximise outreach.

COURSE INFORMATION

  • Participants embarking on this programme will be entitled to up to 95% subsidy from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
  • Successful graduates from this programme will be issued a Statement of Attainment with the title Sales and Marketing – Brand Management issued by SkillsFuture Singapore.
  • Successful graduates will receive a certificate titled International Social Media Marketing issued by First Media Academy. 

ENROLLMENT CRITERIA

  • Trainees are required to bring their own laptops for the programme. Laptops are available for rental at the Academy, subject to availability.
  • Trainees are to meet a minimum attendance requirement of 75% to qualify for SSG Funding.
  • Trainees are to complete all assessments in order to qualify for SSG Funding.
